The meals I had today was kinda interesting.(well at least to me!)
Breakfast was yoghurt and mango..
Lunch was yong tau foo..with lots of veg ard(110g) and beancurd and beancurd and beancurd..
Dinner: Stir fry beef and kailan in curry paste.
Not too bad..
haha..now.. tom till Sunday will be the toughest challenge. Im heading to KL..and how shall I plan for my 3 meals?
